"Would you pay to convert your garbage to electricity?"

Plasco Energy

Attention Mannville Residents:
Would you be willing to pay an additional $10.00 per month to have your household
garbage waste from your residential cart converted over to electricity and other reusable
products without having to separate, sort and transport?
Background: PlascoEnergy Group can make that happen. They propose to construct a
waste conversion plant in our region that could accept any Municipal Solid Waste and
convert 99.8% of it to electricity and other reusable products! There would be no need
for costly landfill operation and minimal transfer station costs. A Plasco contract would
also eliminate the costs and liability of monitoring and testing closed landfills for a 25
year post closure period. The waste is dealt with immediately in an environmentally
secure and friendly manner. Our Village may also benefit from carbon credits and grant
funding for the green energy generated.
• Municipalities would be responsible to transport a committed volume of waste to the
facility and pay a reasonable, inflation-indexed tipping fee under a 20 year contract.
The company bears the costs and risks of negotiating all agreements, constructing the
facility, employing the workers, ensuring safe operations, finding markets for the
products and even offers some profit sharing. To learn more, see
